Torrent Fluid Solutions is looking for experienced hardworking, motivated, energetic, safety and customer service focused Heater Operators to join our Frac Fluid Heating Crew, with a preference given to those who have worked with Dynamic Super Heaters.

Our Heater Operators are responsible for rigging in equipment, and heating fluids to the required temperature for the job specifications. Heater Operators will submit reports daily and complete all documentation related to operations. The Heater Operator executes the job following all procedures and policies, and reports directly to the Field Superintendent.

Primary Responsibilities

• Rigging in and out equipment required for heating job

• Heat fluid to the temperature in the job specifications

• Monitor and control burners for heating fluid using controls, valves, gauges and switches

• Follow Company Procedures and Policies, and ensure Standards are being followed

• Responsible for daily job communications and documentation

• Execute the job as per the client’s instructions and requirements

• Report daily to the Field Superintendent

• Perform basic maintenance on generator, pumps and burner

• Complete all required daily paperwork

• Assist with the laying out of hoses from source to job site
   

Skills

• Experience in operating Dynamic Frac Fluid Super Heaters

• Experience with properly rigging in hoses and heaters

• Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry

• Able to trouble shoot on location

• Attention to detail: for job rig in and daily documentation

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Mechanical and Electrical knowledge

• Safety oriented: Able to work safely and correct any unsafe behaviors of others

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
   

Qualifications

• Organized with the ability to prioritize job tasks

• Able to execute the job as per client specifications

• Effective time management skills

• Able to work on a rotating schedule: days or nights
